What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Our products run on their own domains, handle their own data and have their own policies:
PopMint is the exception, because it is not a service: it is a WordPress plugin that runs on your own site. What it collects stays in your database or goes to the mailing provider you point it at, and none of it reaches us.

What we collect here
This site is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no comments and no advertising scripts. We run Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages get read and how visitors found us: page views, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and referring site. We do not build a profile of you beyond that and we have nothing to sell to anyone else.
Our hosting and content delivery providers keep standard server logs of requests, which include IP addresses, browser user agent strings, requested URLs and timestamps. These logs exist to keep the site available and to block abuse, and they are kept for a short period.

Email you send us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can answer and refer back to the conversation later. We use it for that and nothing else, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will.

Links to other websites
Pages here link to our products and occasionally to third party sites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies, not this one.

Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. For data held inside a product, use the account settings in that product or the address in its own policy.

Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change how this site handles data, we update this page and the date at the top. There is no archive of older versions, so the page you are reading is always the current one.
